This is a belated report on the latest meeting of the History Reading Club.

On Wednesday 21 October, 6-7:30pm in room 8.309, a group of Faculty members and students discussed a version of Dr Alexander Morrison‘s ‘old’ undergraduate dissertation:

“Creating a South Indian Hill Station: Ootacamund and the Nilgiri Hills 1818 – 1837.”

This session addressed itself most particularly to our History majors in their capstone year and to MA students.
